Job Title: Senior Care Marketing & Occupancy Manager
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Home based with regular travel across the UK
Salary: £65,000 per annum

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for making a difference in the care sector? We re seeking a Senior Care Marketing & Occupancy Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and deliver increased occupancy across our care home portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Occupancy Growth: Develop and implement targeted care home marketing strategies that drive occupancy growth and engagement, working closely with operational teams and leading the marketing team to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute impactful local and national campaigns to boost brand awareness and stimulate demand from both customers and professional partners.
  • Occupancy Oversight: Maintain a comprehensive view of occupancy levels across all care homes, identifying risks and performance concerns to implement timely solutions.
  • Brand Presence: Oversee Anchor s listings and reputation on 3rd party platforms and other directories, monitoring performance to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present marketing strategies, performance insights, and occupancy data at Care Services Committee meetings, ensuring alignment with the Care Strategy and priorities.

  • Relationship Builder: Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creativity: You bring fresh, innovative ideas to marketing and customer understanding, while challenging conventional approaches.
  • People Oriented Leader: You ll lead and shape the care marketing team using your excellent people management skills, promoting high performance, open collaboration and a supportive workplace culture.
  • Care Marketing Expert: In-depth knowledge of care home marketing, occupancy trends, and best practice.
  • Budget Savvy: You re experience in managing marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost effective, on-brand, and deliver strong ROI.
