As the Head of Marketing at Viso, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth in the AI computer vision sector. Your primary focus will be developing and executing marketing strategies to increase demand generation, optimize the customer acquisition process, and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR). You'll have the opportunity to lead a marketing team, shape the brand's message, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

This role will be remote, based in London (UK).

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop the overall marketing strategy, including branding, positioning, and messaging, to drive demand generation and grow customer acquisition, with a strong focus on scaling ARR.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of messaging, product updates, and campaign goals with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Own the marketing funnel and lead initiatives to boost lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, with a focus on targeting mid-market customers in key regions.
  • Establish and strengthen the Viso brand, ensuring a clear value proposition that resonates with key audiences.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives, such as newsletters, user communities, and customer advocacy programs.
Demand Generation
  • Optimize inbound marketing channels (SEO, content marketing, paid advertising) to capture high-quality leads
  • Oversee outbound marketing strategies, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Lead the creation of messaging frameworks and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Plan and manage Viso's participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Create post-sale engagement strategies to support customer retention and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering professional development and execution excellence.
  • Manage external agencies, contractors, and partners to supplement internal resources for content creation, paid media, and more.
Analytics
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine and adjust marketing strategies
  • Own and report on marketing KPIs, leveraging tools to track performance and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in SaaS or complex technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in hands-on execution of demand generation, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth.
  • Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams, while also being comfortable with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and campaign execution, including designing banners, editing content, optimizing campaigns, and working within automation platforms without relying solely on external resources.
  • Deep experience using CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms, and the ability to manage design tools for creating visually engaging assets.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, ABM, content marketing, and inbound/outbound strategies.
  • Analytical skills to monitor performance, generate insights from data, and adjust strategies to optimize ROI in real-time.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with an ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
