Job Role:

As the International Sales Manager, you will report to the Head of International Sales to support with expanding DASH Water's presence in assigned international markets. This will involve overseeing the introduction of our brand in new regions, forming and maintaining important collaborations, and ensuring our international customers receive the same exceptional service that has contributed to DASH Water's success in the UK.

  • Manage existing international accounts (distributors) with a key focus on European markets with full P&L responsibility.
  • Build annual sales targets and agree JBPs with distributors for each market.
  • Plan, negotiate, and agree trade and promotional spend.
  • Identify growth opportunities in existing and new target markets.
  • Ensure commercial decisions are in line with DASH margin targets.
  • Build trade marketing plans for each market and execute in collaboration with local distribution partners.
  • With the support of the DASH marketing team, build consumer marketing campaigns for each market.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Building MY and yearly forecasts and budgets for your markets.
  • Own full P&L for the accounts managed.
  • Build international value chain, P&L, and SWOT analysis for new markets/business opportunities to present back to the business for approval.
  • Manage business and customer expectations on sustainability, marketing, and operational needs in support with relevant departments.
  • Contribute as a team player with wider business activities beyond your role and responsibilities such as volunteer work, team socials, cross-department communications, and other relevant activities.

Expectations:

  • Approximately 20% of the role will involve opening new business; therefore, a minimum of 2 years' experience in international sales and account management is desirable.
  • Previous international sales experience within a food and drink brand at National Account Manager level would be advantageous.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Additional international language skills are desired but not essential.

Market allocation and any new target markets would be subject to prior experience. International travel is expected to average 15% of your time every month.
