We're looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define the annual marketing strategy and plan for Twentyfold, working with multiple stakeholders to seek approval.
  2. Deliver a full range of marketing activities for the purpose of audience acquisition, including a focus on email marketing campaign briefing, copywriting, project management, segmentation and automation through to analytics.
  3. Manage the Twentyfold website, landing page development and marketing asset creation to continuously improve website performance and SEO opportunities.
  4. Manage all social channels with a well thought through content marketing strategy.
  5. Write compelling copy for omni channel marketing campaigns and customer journeys supported with insights from the internal content and research teams.
  6. Write detailed creative briefs and Go To Market plans that land key messaging, meet known customer needs, reach new customer audiences and existing customers.
  7. Ensure the Twentyfold visual identity and tone of voice are consistently applied across touchpoints.
  8. You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion.
  9. You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced.

Your Experience

  1. Strong marketing experience with a passion for data, campaign management and storytelling. Detail-oriented and analytical.
  2. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to our brand tone of voice.
  3. Proactive and organised.
  4. A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  5. You have a track record of successful marketing campaigns, big or small, that have impacted customers in a positive way.
  6. Experience with marketing technology including Google Analytics and Marketo or similar and CMS.
  7. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change and innovation.
