What we are looking for
What We Offer
Powertutors is an Equal Opportunities Employer. Powertutors is committed to safeguarding and protecting the young people and service users within our care. All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, right to work checks and reference checks. Powertutors will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who is not interviewing the candidate will conduct the search and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern. Safeguarding Statement Powertutors is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff, contractors and volunteers to understand and share this commitment. We have a shared commitment to develop a culture of respect, where discrimination is not tolerated. We welcome all applications, including those from under-represented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion. | |
