Sales Lead Generation Executive - Holborn London

Our Client is an international consultancy with offices in Holborn London. They are looking to add to their sales team by recruiting a Sales Lead Generation Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. This is a Lead Generation role.
  2. Account-based prospect research, identifying key stakeholders, and engaging in dialogue supported by colleagues.
  3. Specifically:
    1. Research organizations and identify senior-level targets, primarily the CTO and associated roles.
    2. Identify a theme of interest for prospects and build a narrative around it.
    3. Contact each prospect, primarily through calls, and outline the Company's value proposition.
    4. Utilize a consultative sales approach.
    5. Categorize leads post-conversation to assess progression or qualification out.
    6. Focus on building the overall sales funnel rather than managing a pipeline.
    7. Ensure lead generation activities result in qualified leads entered into the Company's Sales CRM system, scheduling next calls or meetings where possible.
    8. Support available from the Clients global marketing function.
    9. Primarily focused on the UK and Ireland across multiple industries.

Education/Experience:

  1. Excellent English communication skills, especially listening skills, to engage in conversations about clients' businesses and technology trends.
  2. Proven track record of generating interest via unsolicited phone calls and familiarity with social media.
  3. Sufficient gravitas to engage at C-level.
  4. A consultative sales approach is important.
  5. A reasonable understanding of mainstream technologies at a high level across various industries (e.g., DevOps, AWS, IoT). Experience in specific technologies or software is not required.
  6. Dynamic and enthusiastic personality, keen to learn about technology's impact on the future.
  7. Results-oriented and money-motivated; a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
  8. Ideally, experience in a B2B telemarketing company in the technology space or a technology recruitment firm is preferred, but not essential.

Salary: £25K to £35K per annum based on experience.
