Role Description
We're looking for a passionate and driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team at Zenna, with the potential to become a co-founder. You'll lead the charge in shaping our brand and building our community as we take on the mental health tech space.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a bold marketing strategy to drive user growth.
Build and engage our community across social media platforms and digital channels.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
Lead user acquisition strategies and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with influencers to build a strong, engaged community around our brand and mission.
Craft campaigns that resonate with our mission of improving mental health through innovation.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Experience in B2C consumer marketing and growth, with a proven track record.
Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills, including working with influencers and building online communities.
Industry experience in health and wellness and consumer mobile app is ideal.
Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to make a meaningful impact on people's mental well-being.
Strongly Preferred: Key marketing role in a fast-growing startup or second-time founder experience.
