About our Team The headquarters are based in London, but how we execute our strategy is done at the regional level. We've divided the globe into five regions with leadership boards with cross-functional representation. Each region is responsible for developing a three-year plan aligned with the global strategy. The sales teams are organised similarly and have an equal seat at the table in setting the direction of the business for their region. About the Role As the Global Head of Sales, you will lead and drive the global commercial growth of ICIS business. You will be responsible for the execution of the sales organisation to achieve budget and long-term growth strategy. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in enabling the team's understanding of the needs of our customers, helping shape the business's strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment of the global sales team with the rest of ICIS's business functions.
