About our Data Science Team:We're looking for a Head of Data Science for our CRM team to help build the bank of the future. As a key leader, you will take ownership of all data-related aspects of our end-to-end direct-to-customer marketing approach. You will play a critical role in shaping and supporting our CRM strategy by implementing advanced measurement techniques to ensure we accurately assess the impact of our efforts. Additionally, you will oversee our foundational data platforms, identifying and driving opportunities to enhance our current capabilities. Your expertise will be pivotal in advancing our segmentation strategy and collaborating with product teams to create a personalized future through the development of a dynamic decisioning layer. This is a great opportunity to shape the future direction of CRM for all of Monzo, as we lay the foundations to build a best-in-class analytics function. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to build a sustainable CRM approach, building out our initial campaigns into a full set of personalized, optimized marketing communications.
