Morgan McKinley Sussex has a lovely Internal Communications job opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to work for a lovely company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The Internal Communications Exec role will be working on a permanent hybrid basis, supporting the Internal Comms Manager with creating engaging and inspiring communications, marketing content to support the company's Internal Communications strategy.
Salary: £28-31K excellent benefits
Location: Hybrid working - 2-3 days office
Hours: 35 hour working week
Internal Marketing - Communications duties:
Support the Internal Communications Manager in the delivery of the annual internal communications plan
Conduct research and analysis to contribute to the employee engagement strategy
Support with the design, development and delivery of engaging communications to the target audience
Be a key point of contact for all employee communication queries
Manage the day to day running of the internal intranet
Utilising technical skills to create and support the production of communication correspondence
Support the health and wellbeing initiatives
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience in communications, marketing - Internal Communications type role
Ability to demonstrate creative writing skills, verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
