Account Director - The Role at D3R A key role within our team, as Account Director, you will work with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and to help them to understand the value that D3R can bring to their businesses. With your demonstrable experience of winning new business and deepening existing client relationships in a similar role, you ll prioritise and manage quality inbound leads, and targeted outbound activity to develop new business opportunities. At the same time, you ll nurture existing client relationships with your highly consultative approach and your experience of e-commerce, identifying new opportunities to help clients grow and improve their businesses over time. Value-add services our team can provide will be varied, from design refreshes and new functionality to UX & CRO consultancy projects.
