What You ll Be Doing:
Lead and manage sales operations across multiple development sites.
Hit and exceed sales targets while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Develop and implement winning sales strategies to boost performance.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and wider team to drive success.
What You ll Need:
At least 2 years of experience in a PLC housebuilder.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple projects.
Experience in new home sales and customer relations.
What We re Offering:
A competitive basic salary of £60,000 with the potential to earn up to an additional £25,000 in OTE!
