Coyne Recruitment is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Consultant to join a dynamic and proactive sales team in a vibrant office environment with a hybrid working model. In this role, you will develop new customer relationships through a consultative sales approach, focusing on the benefits of training, learning, and sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain sustainable business relationships via phone, email, and video calls, with occasional client visits (optional).
Identify business opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective customers.
Deliver effective customer service and manage customer enquiries.
Maintain relevant management information systems.
Prospect for new customers and expand the client base.
Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
Review personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
Support the Team Leader in strategic sales initiatives and contribute to product development.
Qualifications:
General education to at least GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Maths.
Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in a sales environment.
Strong selling skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
Telesales experience is essential.
Experience in a B2B or education background is preferred but not essential.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential.
