Due to continued growth and customer demand we are looking to hire an experienced EMEA Channel Director for our European sales team. Our preferred candidate is based in the UK, with the capacity to travel as the need arises.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

This is a strategic high profile role leading channel strategy and impacting how Ruckus is perceived within the talent pool across EMEA.

You will play a proactive role in the Senior EMEA Ruckus Leadership team, coordinating channel engagement, messaging, and activity.

The primary focus of the role will be building long-term plans to support long-term growth goals for the region consistently and being a channel expert representing the brand in media and at events.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• 5-8 years of Sales or related experience selling Ruckus or similar wireless solutions.
• Must possess the ability to effectively call on and develop strong customer relationships with senior-level customers up to and including the corporate level.
• Consistent track record of technical learning ability. In-depth knowledge of wireless industry and technologies, and familiar with latest and upcoming trends.
• Extensive knowledge of the competitive marketplace, industry trends, and competitor initiatives, to convert and see opportunities from existing business and identify new business opportunities.
