The Retention Marketing Team are responsible for managing the AA's Roadside Retention Marketing & Regulatory communications, delivering c7million customer touchpoints per year across 180+ automated communications (with thousands of overall variants across email, direct mail & SMS). This role will support the migration of these communications to a new document management platform, working closely with external document developers & the internal marketing team to brief & approve a high volume of technical proofs. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong accuracy and interpretation skills - eye for detail and 'right first time' attitude -ideally supported by experience proofing multi-variant communications
Previous experience working in multi-channel consumer environments (ideally FS and/or Telco)
Experience with payment and retention journeys for contract products (nice to have)
Knowledge and understanding of systems and process design (nice to have)
Ad hoc travel to Basingstoke
