The Role:

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and support the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales office administration and documentation.
  • Organise travel, sales meetings, and accommodation for the sales team.
  • Act as a communication hub for UK and international sales teams, logging and distributing enquiries.
  • Input sales orders into SOP and coordinate with the Order Process Team.
  • Assist with logging and following up on leads and enquiries.
  • Provide sales support, including diary and quotation management.
  • Register for tender portals and keep company profiles up to date.
  • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Director and team.
  • Manage and submit PQQs/ITT documentation.
  • Assist with sales campaigns, Epicor, and Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company Quality Manual for customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other departmental tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with Epicor and Salesforce is a plus.
