A skilled Sales Consultant / Appointment Setter with proven sales experience in cold calling and prospecting is needed to join our team at Avande Select based in London on a full-time, hybrid working basis.

Avande Select is a leading Smart Home Technology Provider and a unique, market-leading solution currently being adopted by almost 50,000 homes in the UK and growing daily!

The role involves setting appointments, contacting homeowners to book sales meetings, and contacting real estate agents to update sales records.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and remote (work from home) working. The successful candidate must live within commuting distance to the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to further your career as this role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £50,000 - £80,000, once the successful candidate is fully trained and able to present and sell technology solutions to the homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments with homeowners to discuss smart home technology solutions
  • Contact and engage with homeowners and real estate agents to book sales meetings and update sales records
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Present the Avande Select solution to potential buyers, showcasing the benefits and features of our smart home products
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting to generate leads and expand our customer base
  • Presenting the solutions to customers on Zoom and in person
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall sales goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in smart home technology
  • Updating the CRM with activity and reporting to the Directors, Sales and Financial team
  • The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining relationships with existing homeowners and possess a passion for sales and customer service

Required Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling and prospecting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of smart home technology is a bonus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards achieving sales goals
