They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Admin & Sales Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team in Bicester.

Job Description:
As an Office Admin & Sales Admin Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative and sales activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Purchase Order Input: Printing and assisting with works order creation.
  • General Filing: Organising and maintaining physical and digital files.
  • Scanning: Digitising documents for streamlined storage and access.
  • Answering and Re-routing Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately while providing excellent customer service.
  • Bonus / Works Order Input: Assisting with the entry of works orders as needed.
  • Creating Inspection Sheets for New Work (if required): Supporting the quality control process by developing inspection sheets for new projects.
  • Sales Administration: Assisting the sales team with order processing, invoicing, maintaining customer records, and preparing quotations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in sales support or admin (preferred but not essential).

Working Hours:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Compensation:
National Minimum Wage, up to 29,000 depending on experience.
