Based in their modern offices in Great Missenden,they have grown from 1 employee to 60+ with 4 facilities across Europe and Africa in just 10 years, all thanks to the rise of the multi-billion poundpre-owned technology market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistingour sales team with orders and order tracking
Liaising with Procurement team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely fashion
Working with Operations (local and remote) to make sure product is shipped to customers on time
Raising invoices in the Warehouse Management System (HYVE)
Operating managing systems
Assisting with global logistics requirements
Working with Sales team to return any faulty product from customers and suppliers
Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries
Pro-actively working through internal stock lists
Weekly Reporting to Key Business Stakeholders
Desired Profile:
Pro-active, dynamic and self-starting
Proficient in Excel
Comfortable with pressurised sales environment
Attention to detail
Resilient and determined
Technology / Mobile background preferred but not essential
Analytical mind set
