We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving and/or industrial recruitment, with expertise in various recruitment tools and platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into driving and industrial placements
Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
Account management
Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
Matching workers to vacancies
Rotating on call duties required
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Min 12 months experience working within Industrial / transport recruitment is essential.
Experience of running a temp desk and high volume staffing.
Successful business development skills
Account management skills
Proven record of success in B2B
Target driven
Excellent level of customer service
Must be articulate and enthusiastic
A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
