Francis of Malvern is seeking a dynamic and experienced Flooring Sales Manager to lead and grow our flooring business. With two established stores in Malvern and Tewkesbury, we offer a wide range of flooring solutions for both domestic and commercial customers as part of the Francis Group of Companies.
About the Role:
As the Flooring Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of both direct employees and subcontractors. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, and maintaining our strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service and top-quality installations.
Build and maintain relationships with both domestic and commercial clients.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Manage budgets, sales targets, and performance metrics.
