We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our client based in Heybridge, working within an early year's environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Engagement:
Booking nursery tours for prospective families, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Chasing leads and following up with potential clients, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly.
Engaging with local community groups on social media to promote the nursery and generate interest.
Converting leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the benefits of our nursery to prospective parents.
Administration:
Sending out paperwork to customers, senior managers, and relevant stakeholders.
Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Answering telephone calls and providing excellent customer service to all enquiries.
Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A confident user of social media platforms for community engagement.
Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine interest in early years education.

The role is office-based working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The client is paying a competitive salary between £24,000-£26,000 per annum depending on experience.
The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual with a passion for early years and a strong background in sales & administration.
