Description: New Homes Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated New Homes Sales Executive to join our prestigious real estate agency specialising in high-end luxury properties in London.

As a New Homes Sales Executive you will be selling our clients exclusive range of properties, which includes apartments and penthouses ranging from £700,000 to multi-million pounds in price.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the luxury property market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, investors, and prospective buyers.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets to provide personalized property recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to final closing.
Luxury Property Sales:
  • Showcase and present luxury properties to potential buyers, highlighting unique features, amenities, and investment potential.
  • Conduct market research to accurately price properties and advise clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, coordinate property inspections, and ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in residential property sales, particularly in the luxury real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the London property market and understanding of high-end clientele.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets and KPI's.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in real estate or sales management are desirable.
Salary & commission
  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic DOE plus 1% commission on sale price of apartment sold and 0.7% on properties abroad.
  • Sell a £700,000 apartment and make £7,000 commission
