Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

Trusted by some of the largest companies in the defence, corporate, healthcare, and central government sectors, they specialise in identifying, supporting, and fulfilling training and consultancy needs.

They are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute strategies that drive ROI, boost brand awareness, generate valuable leads, and help establish as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft copy for email campaigns
• Organize participation in trade events
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team
• Update website content
• Manage social media channels, focusing on building a B2B presence on LinkedIn
• Track progress and results in the marketing plan
• Inform and organise product demos for customers
• Maintain branded document templates
• Assist with video creation
• Work with external partners (e.g., videographers, website developers) as needed

Skills:

• Microsoft office
• Exceptional communication & collaboration
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Positive inclination to engage and motivate the sales team about campaigns
• Highly organised
• Open to personal & professional development

This role will suit a marketer, who is a creative and hands on in their approach. You will have experience creating and building multi-channel marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels which delivers results.
