Duties:
Developing relationships with clients and candidates through active business development and marketing Resourcing and interviewing suitable candidates Matching candidates to appropriate opportunities in the market Manage 360 recruitment process, providing a consultative approach to both candidates and clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience of working in Recruitment, Sales or Business Development is advantageous Hardworking, driven and self-motivated Excellent communication and IT skills, ideally experience of using an in-house CRM system Well-presented and positive attitude to work
