About the Role: iRecruit is recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent position as a Parts Sales Advisor in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the automotive industry, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Working Hours:
8:30am 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00am 12:00pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, both face-to-face and over the telephone
Organise and prioritise tasks to meet targets efficiently and on time
Maintain high standards of work and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team objectives
Utilise strong organisational skills in a customer service environment
Person Specification:
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Familiarity with accounting and payment processes, including invoicing and payment collection
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer service driven
Clear and professional telephone manner
