Overview They are seeking a dynamic business development assistant to support the sales director. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their sales skills and contribute to the growth of our company. Responsibilities - Assist the Sales Director in developing and implementing sales strategies - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Prepare sales reports and commercial proposals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials - Attend sales meetings and training sessions - To learn, understand and follow company policies & procedures - To proactively continuously develop and maintain knowledge, understanding and awareness of company s products - To develop and foster the shared values of the company - To apply a strong commercial awareness and understanding of the wider implications on actions and decisions internally & externally Qualifications - Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM's - A proactive and results-driven attitude - Ability to understand margin - Articulate and confident communicator in person, on phone, via email and Teams. - Confident, respectful and presentable - An active listener, able to learn quickly - Able to apply and prove pace & attention to detail - Great interpersonal skills - Creativity skills - Clean driving license with proven driving experience This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales advisor who is looking for their next step, or a trainee sales manager who wants to work for an industry leading business where you will have the chance to gain exceptional knowledge in a busy and exciting environment. | |
