Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

Location: SW London

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 OTE DOE

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in South West London. As the successful Sales Manager you ll be joining an established sales team at a growing real estate agency. You ll be looking after a team of 4 Sales Negotiators working on the sales of properties all within walking distance from the office near Chelsea Bridge.

The Company

This company is a growing real estate agency in South Wet London near Chelsea Bridge. They offer services such as sales, lettings and property management in the local area. The majority of their client base are high net worth individuals from the UK and overseas.

The role will require

• Oversee and manage the sales team
• Conduct market appraisals
• Monitor and oversea all property sales across the team
• Provide clients with the best service and advise possible at all times
• Keep up to date with the local property market

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
• Proven track record of sales in the South West London area
• Experience dealing with high net worth individuals would be advantageous
• Strong IT skills such as using Office365

Salary & Benefits

• OTE £ 80,000 - £90,000
• Salary and bonus/commission open to negotiation
