Salary: 23,000 - 30,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding both individual and team targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities within both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company's products, including furniture, hardware, and IT equipment, to effectively meet client needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally within the furniture, hardware, or IT equipment industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sales Drive: A strong drive to succeed, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
