Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Provide expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and product information.
• Process orders via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
• Maintain a well-organized parts inventory and ensure all stock levels are managed effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers to order parts as required and track delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth coordination of parts needed for repairs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, aiming for quick resolution.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the parts department.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and automotive industry trends.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a parts sales role, ideally within the motor industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
