Description: | Business Manager - Automotive Location - DuxfordFull Time - PermanentSalary - OTE upwards of £45,000 pa (Salary negotiable on experience) We are pleased to share that we have a rare Business Manager opportunity based at our EMG Used Car Dealership in Duxford, within this role you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor a team for one of the fastest growing family run Dealer Group in the UK. As an EMG Business Manager, you will be at the heart of all sales enquiries, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure customers fully understand their commitments, doing so with integrity and fairness. You will also work alongside the Management team to oversee the daily activities within our sales team, identifying opportunities for incremental sales and stock acquisition. EMG Business Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service. This managerial position presents a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to significantly impact the company's success.
