In addition to sales growth there is a focus on gross profit growth and new account activation through proactive pursuit of customers predominantly through field sales calls. This is achieved through growing new customer sales volume; pursuit of prospective customers to gain new account business; and active pipeline management. Effective collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and Branch staff is critical. The sales representative will grow the business to achieve the company's objectives and KPIs. The successful individual must have a strong telephone manner, excellent verbal and communication skills, be a strong listener and have the ability to close the sale.Identify customer targets within their territory to develop the sales plan 90% gas and 10% hardgoods
