This position is offered on a one year contract approx covering maternity leave. They are seeking a talented Sales Order processor to join their friendly, highly skilled team, someone who thrives in a rewarding environment, works to a consistently high standard and enjoys the satisfaction of processing highly accurate orders and seeing a perfect end product sent out to their clients.
Main responsibilities include:
Support of sales order processing including cover of annual leave
Shared responsibility of the Sales Order inbox and answering basic queries
Facebook, Twitter and other social media
Website checks
Ordering of marketing materials
Organisation of conferences and visits
Responsibility of charity queries, shipments and collections
Telephone answering
Ad-hoc tasks from management
Key Skills:
Proven Office administation skills
Knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts Sales order module ideal
Sales Order processing skills
Exceptional organisation skills
Keen attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
To be able to work under own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Optional/Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Social Media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Experience in conference organisation
Experience in website management
4 day week Monday - Thursday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
