Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support Executive:
Answering inbound correspondence offering a one-step resolution for all
Agreeing callbacks to customers until resolutions are achieved
Achieving revenue and margin targets for your customer base
Delivering exceptional customer experience, supporting both head office and site level
Driving revenue and providing market-leading customer experience
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Support Experience:
Previous experience in sales support and/or customer service
Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
Experience in using data to identify spending gaps and drive key sales metrics
Ability to work towards targets
