Introducing the Business Development Executive position, where you'll be the mastermind behind sales strategies, client satisfaction and working closely with Product Development on Own-Label projects with Grocery Retailers!

Picture yourself collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager to elevate Key Grocery Accounts and boost profitability!

The Role

• Dive deep into client collaborations, identifying new product opportunities and boosting brand presence.
• Craft precise product costings and quotations, ensuring every deal is a win-win.
• Build bridges with key client stakeholders, from buyers to tech gurus and supply chain heroes.
• Speak their language by understanding client processes and needs inside out and stay one step ahead by tackling any quality issues head-on, keeping clients happy and loyal.
• Get ahead of the game by forecasting client needs and adjusting our strategy accordingly.
• Keep a keen eye on sales vs. forecasts, ready to pivot at a moment's notice.

The Person

• Ideally, Sales/Commercial experience selling to/supporting on retailer accounts. If you are working with own-label FMCG or Food products, consider yourself moved to the front of the line!
• If you are a recent graduate with a few years working in Commercial/Sales looking for that step up.
• Or, if you re working in NPD for a manufacturer and have been longing for that switch to the Commercial World, this could be the position for you!
