I am managing a fantastic new build sales role, working for one of the leading developers across the UK. My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in Norwich to a high standard, you will be working with a friendly team that are motivated and hungry for sales. My client is open to candidates from estate agency, retail, customer service and new build sales experience.
The role of a new build sales exec is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person. This role is all about face to face sales so building rapport and delivering a 5 star customer journey is key.
Responsibilities:
Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses
Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development
Build 5 star relationships
Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales
